TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

IMPORTANT*  – The GiveAway portal does not own or are affiliated with the individual giveaways hosted on its platform.  We only provide the knowledge . expertise and infrastructure needed  for promoters to conduct their giveaways online effectively . 

Businesses 

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to **Registered Businesses within Trinidad and Tobago ** using The Giveaway Portal to host their specific giveaway. The “Prize” refers to **Prize Details** (e.g.  Vouchers valued @ $500.00 each).

 

  • All promoters must be approved by the regulatory agency for all giveaways / competitions – The National Lotteries and Control Board (NLCB) – within the jurisdiction of Trinidad and Tobago. 

 

  • By using this platform (giveaways.bevvit.com) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined when you engage our services.
  • Each promoter has to provide a step by step guide on how your competition would be conducted and must follow the guidelines of the NLCB and social media platforms. See guidelines for Facebook and Instagram policies. 

 

  • All draws must be conducted via live streams on the Promoters social platforms used to promote the Giveaway and a recording of the draw  and Winners must be submitted to be hosted on giveaways.bevvit.com

 

Participants of The GiveAway Portal 

 

  • By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by **TIME** on **DATE**.  Specific details of  how to enter the competition and how the winner will be chosen will be provided on the Social Media platforms / websites of the Promoter and not the responsibility of this platform. 
  • All participants must have a registered account on the platform (giveaways.bevvit.com) in order to qualify to be entered into any giveaway
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age on the date of their entry and residents of Trinidad and Tobago. A valid ID must be presented in order to receive any prize on the portal. 

 

  • All information provided on registration must be accurate to be considered a qualified participant including; first name, last name, email, age, location, and social media handles. 

 

  • No purchase is necessary. Winners will NOT  be required to pay to enter the competition.

 

  • All winners will be required to attend an online presentation ceremony hosted on the Promoter’s social media platforms and featured on this platform (giveaways.bevvit.com)

 

  • Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

 

  • The rules and competition guidelines posted on this platform (giveaway.bevvit.com) are general guideline specific to this platform . Please make reference to the Promoters guidelines for the specific giveaway which will be hosted on their social media platforms and/or website . The Giveaway Portal is not responsible for the process, rules or terms and conditions of the specific prizes offered by the Promoters . 

 

  • Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

  • Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. Duplicated entries will be disqualified.

Liability Clauses

The GiveAway Portal  will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

  • The GiveAway Portal will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The GiveAway Portal takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The GiveAway’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The GiveAway Portal shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
